Would you like to strengthen our team? For our UCC department we are looking for a:

UCC PROJECT COORDINATOR

What does it entail?

  • Delivering UCC projects on time, within budget, with the right quality and with the focus on the customer;
  • Establishing the various delivery milestones with the customer and monitoring project execution together with the engineers assigned to it;
  • Providing support and guidance to customers when they first use the customised telecommunications solutions designed for them;
  • Following up with the engineers and accompanying them in their assignments;
  • Broadening and deepening your knowledge in relevant areas;
  • Maintaining and improving technical documentation and reports.

Who are we looking for?

  • Preferably you will hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications or similar OR relevant experience in the sector;
  • You have proven experience in project coordination, preferably with telecommunications projects;
  • You communicate clearly, transparently and fluently;
  • You are capable of building trust-based relationships;
  • You work autonomously and methodically in a structured and organised way;
  • You have the proven ability to manage a team functionally;
  • You know how to listen and come up with suggested solutions;
  • You’re administratively literate and interested;
  • You’re good at giving support and coaching;
  • Knowledge of Unify, Mitel and/or Telepo would certainly be a plus point;
  • You work according the ITIL principles;
  • You are both results- and action-oriented;
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and/or French. English is a plus point.
